Here we go
So, lot's going on. Josh is doing well with the Sheriff Academy training. Oh, don't get me wrong, it's hard and he only slept an hour and a half yesterday, but his spirits are high. I think he'll make it. Tonight his reports are going a lot faster than yesterday, so hopefully he'll get more sleep.
As for me, I am officially domestic. I made my first pot roast EVER tonight (nothing like a good pot roast!) and while I kept it pink enough for Josh I didn't let it breathe long enough (sorry Dad Y!) before I cut it, so I lost some juices that way, but I was still happy that it was eadible.
Today I also started going through a linear algebra book and I learned all about vectors, terminal points, initial points, adding tips to tails, and all sorts of things like that. It was very very fun! How come I can understand stuff like this now so much better than when I was in high school?
Well, as this week ends out I end my student teaching and move on to the big world of jobs that pay. Strange.
